The Multiple District 308 Council reserves the right to postpone or cancel this convention due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but without limitation, any epidemics, wars, acts of GOD or other natural catastrophes. In such situation, the Convention Organizing Committee reserves its absolute right on the refund, whether in part, full or no refund of the said amount in the event Multiple District 308 Council makes such a decision affecting the holding of the convention. I also understand that the registration fee is not refundable, but transferable within my district, subjected to notification to the Registration chairperson before 1st April 2023
